Technical support for a single issue, provided remotely via our VirtualTech360 Remote software. Our engineers will contact you to understand the problem and schedule an appropriate time to work on this issue remotely between the hours of 8am and 6pm weekdays and 10am to 4pm Saturday.
In some instances we may not be able to fix the problem in 1 phone call. Once we have discussed and understand the problem you need help with our technician will schedule a convenient time to work on the problem and will be in communication with you from start to finish.
- Phone Support, we will call and speak with you while working on the issue
- Remote Support, we will connect to your problematic computer remotely
- Resolve 1 problem on 1 computer, we will troubleshoot and resolve a single issue remotely.
- Support during business hours - 8am to 6pm Weekdays and 10am to 4pm Saturday.
